Fill a Spring Break GO Box

Spring Break is quickly approaching.  Some kids in our community dread the thought of a break from school because they are worried about what they will eat on those days. First Church of Christ has taking on the challenge to fill  350 GO Boxes to help local kids get through the long summer.  These GO Boxes will be filled with basic food items to help the kids and their families over the upcoming school break.

Here is how it works.  It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1.  Print the shopping list.

2.  Head to the grocery store with your family,            friends, or co-workers and shop to fill a GO Box.

3.  Drop off the groceries to us on MARCH 25 between 8:30-12:30 at either First Church location.  Volunteers will be waiting to unload groceries.  You do not even have to leave your car!

All School Break GO Boxes will go to help local kids identified by their schools as severely in need of extra food to get through the school break.
